Ryan Motsinger

Ryan has been leading leaders for over 25 years across for-profit, nonprofit, and education sectors. In his most recent tenure, he supported senior leadership for 10 years in growing and developing best practices for one of the largest churches in North America, including 34 site locations, and 1,000+ staff members.
He has coached and trained hundreds of staff and volunteer leaders, and is adept at creating leadership culture and systems to handle consistent YOY growth. As an adjunct professor at a local university, he has spent years building on his knowledge of leadership and supporting students in their self-discovery journey. In recent years, he has matured and developed a thriving commercial real estate business with a great team.
